WSC Homecoming Weekend

September 19

Western’s Independence Day Homecoming 2003
September 19-21, 2003

In March, Governor Bill Owens signed HB1093.This legislation dissolved the State Colleges in Colorado system and established separate governing boards for Western, Mesa State College of Grand Junction and Adams State College of Alamosa.

Beginning July 1, 2003, Western will have its own board of trustees made up of nine individuals appointed by the Governor, a student representative and a faculty member. Join us as we celebrate our independence at Homecoming 2003!
