The Johnson Building Gallery located in the historic Johnson Restaurant Building at 124 N. Main St. in Gunnison features work of Colorado Artists. Custom made furniture, stained glass, pottery, fibre art, hand braided tack, photogrpahy, oils, water colors, graphic art, metal art, turned wood, carvings and sculptures are shown in constantly changing displays. Many of the artists are from the Gunnison Valley.
Monthly luncheons during the winter months feature artists who lecture or demonstrate in their particular field. During the summer months the gallery has numerous Openings on Friday evenings at the Meet the Artist Series. Nancy and Kim welcome browsers Monday through Saturday.
